Privacy Policy — Puer Browser

1. Who we are

Puer Browser is an Android browser application.

2. Data we process

We do not require account registration to use the app.

Depending on features used, we process the following categories:

1. App and device metadata
   • Android version
   • App version/build
   • General app diagnostics events
2. Advertising and attribution data
   • Google Advertising ID (via Google Play services / AdMob, when available)
   • Install Referrer parameters (for attribution)
   • Ad impression revenue values returned by ad SDKs (e.g., value/currency/type)
3. In-app usage telemetry
   • Feature interaction events (for example: button clicks, UI actions, funnel milestones)

   Important: browsing page URLs, hosts, paths, query parameters, and fragments are not sent in analytics events.

4. Local app data on device
   • Tabs/session state and icons (for restore)
   • Optional passcode value (stored locally in app preferences)
   • Downloaded files (saved in app/device storage as requested by the user)

3. Why we process data

We process data for:

• app functionality (browser/proxy/adblock/session restore)
• analytics and quality monitoring
• ad delivery and ad performance measurement
• fraud/abuse prevention and attribution

4. Data sharing and processors

The app uses third-party services that may process data according to their own policies:

• Google AdMob (ads and monetization)
• Google Firebase Analytics (analytics)
• Firebase Remote Config (configuration delivery)
• Google Play Install Referrer API (attribution)

The app also sends attribution/monetization telemetry to the developer endpoint:

We do not sell personal data.

5. Proxy feature notice

If you enable the proxy feature, your browser traffic may be routed through selected proxy endpoints.

Use of proxy is optional and user-controlled in the app UI.

6. Data retention

Retention depends on data type:

• Local app state remains on device until cleared by user/uninstall.
• Server-side analytics/attribution logs are retained only as long as needed for operations, reporting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit where supported by destination services.

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Children

The app is not intended for children under the minimum legal age in the user’s jurisdiction.

9. Your choices

Users can:

• uninstall the app at any time
• clear app data via Android system settings
• control permissions in Android settings
• disable optional features such as proxy/adblock/passcode in the app UI

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version should be published at the app’s Privacy Policy URL in Google Play.
